I'm having a problem with Clone CD please help!
 

I'm trying to make a backup but everytime the unit goes to record to disc I get an error message stating that "The unit's not ready,Logical unit not ready". What does this mean and how can I get my unit ready? I only get 3% into the recording phase when this pops up.

What burner do you have?? Did you recieve any read errors??

it came with my PC. I have a Dell. I'm not sure who makes the burner.

Start>Control Panel>System>"Hardware" tab>Device Manager>

Under "DVD/CD-ROM drives" it should give you the name.

Then check http://www.elby.ch/english/products/...writers/a.html to see if it is a supported writer.
