I was just wanting a link to some software that I can use to copy the DvD games, I know clone DvD is on its way but its not here yet and I don't knwo enough about copying paystation 2 games to do it yet, just some links to a faq somewhere or something would be good enough

Thanks

Thanks mate, As i said I am new to this, So now I know what I can use to copy the DvD games,.

Again IK don't mean to be incredibly thick but does this mean I HAVE to have a chip fitted or fit a chip to be able to play copied games, of any media type?

If so which chips are tried and tested? I read a post by some one whos Neo 2.2 or something had burned out his laser? anyway suffice to say that is not a desirable effect.

Thanks.

Yes.... You will need a mod chip to play your backed up games.... Look into getting a "direct boot" chip such as the Messiah 2 or Magic 3..... They are more expensive up front than other chips, BUT they are WELL WORTH the money.....

Agreed

I see you are in Bradford UK, so if you are interested in a direct boot modchip - namely the Messiah 2 - e-mail charlie_ps2 or dust2dust through their profiles, they come highly recommended by all the regulars on this (and other) message boards :)

Why dont you try out CAPITAL FX behind Bradford uni! They'll fit in the Messiah 2 chip in your PS2 for £80.
