How do I make internet work?

Hi,
I am wanting to make the internet option work in some of my games. I am familiar with using inetfixer so please don't suggest that program.
What I need is to know how to make it work with games that have CDDA, and gmaes that have the pesky 11700 LBA protection junk.
An example of this is Sega GT (European). In my original backup, the internet works, but when I put my own music into it, the LBA changes and the internet no longer works. I have to change the LBA of the "2_DP.bin" file to make the game boot, but if I change it in the "maigo.bin" and "sgdpldr.bin" the game no longer boots. I used inetfixer on the files just to see what it changes.... I noticed that it changes the LBA of the 1st_read.bin and 2_DP.bin to "0", but does not change the LBA of the "maigo.bin", or "sgdpldr.bin".... so I tried changing the LBA of the 1st_read, and 2_DP, but left the others alone. The game boots this way, but resets when you try to use the internet option.

Another problem I have with this particular game, "Sega GT (Euro)," is that in the original copy with working internet, the game gives you the option when it first boots, of playing at 50hz or 60hz. I select 60 hz, since I live in the USA, but it goes back to 50hz when you start the internet browser, and jumps and flashes too much to see anything. I would like very much to get the internet working, and be able to use it at 60hz.

So, my 2 questions are:
1. How do I get the internet to work?
2. How do I make it work at 60hz?

I appreciate you help.
Thank you very much,
-Ex
