DVD Cloner - has anyone got it to work yet?
 

I have purchased a copy of DVD cloner from the official website. I can't get the software to work properly, and have so far received about six sugestions from their custormer support service.

No matter what I do (including formatting my hard drive and reinstaling nothing but Win XP and DVD Cloner), It doesn't work properly.

The programme freezes every time when making the disk image. I upgraded to version 1.90, and still had the same problem.

Has anyone else had similar problems?
