Has anyone tested this software? I am considering it, but I need some feeback on the ease of using it. I just want to do a few clicks and sit back and watch the magic. Will this program do this?

i downloaded a cracked version. I couldnt get it to work. When trying to transfer the movies files from one box to the other it would error then close. So i deleted it and just use smartripper and ifoedit.

thanx in advanced

It is not supported by Windows ME. Only XP and 2000 right now. They are working on a ME and 98 patch.

-BuGzY- 16-12-2002 14:53

thanx for the info i was wondering why it kept crashing on me......

bighap 16-12-2002 14:56

No prob. I am upgrading to XP just so I can use this prog.

-BuGzY- 16-12-2002 15:01

good idea i would do that except a game i play called halflife is bad on xp so ive heard .....do u have any advice on a good disc to disc program i can use ive had my burner for 3 days now already and i have yet to burn one dvd

bighap 16-12-2002 15:04

Dvd X Copy is really it. The only other way of copying dvd movies is going through a long process of ripping and editing and bunch of other crap. I tried doing it but got fed up with it. That is why I am upgrading.

-BuGzY- 16-12-2002 15:06

oh man that sucks pretty bad ....hey thanks for all your help ....hmm i guess i might have to upgrade then

bighap 16-12-2002 15:15

Unless you really really like Half Life....upgrade. It would be worth it. XP is a much more stable OS than ME also.

-BuGzY- 16-12-2002 15:32

Back up a DVD with DVD X COPY with no problems :-)

DVD: 8mm PAL
DVDxCOPY ver 1.2.2
WinXP Pro + SP1
512mb ram
Athlon 1800+
Pioneer 103

Took about an hour, did it perfect used Nero API to burn the disks.
Only problem is that it puts a "Advert" for 321 Studios on the backup :-( . Besides that no problems at all, if I can be of any help to any of u guys let me know, i will try my best :-)
