NTSC-PAL patching
 

In accordance with a request, a new thread with better wording......
Is there a program that successfully patches NTSC games to PAL so they don't play in black and white?
That was basically my question before, but some may have misunderstood what I was asking, (through no fault of their own)

Does this work with DVD games?

ppf-o-matic supports *.gi file format, so yes.
