I haven't found one yet either for this game. I was kinda surprised at how fun this game is. That annoying CD check has got to go.

Nope, there's no nocd. Which means you'll have to help yourself. Game is safedisc 2 and very recent, so the safedisc 2 unwrappers won't help either. Best bet is making an image of the original cd with CloneCD and mounting that using Daemon Tools.

And this game has one of those LAME protections that causes the game to fail to run MANY TIMES ON MANY DIFFERENT CDROM DRIVES just because IT'S OWN PROTECTION can't decrypt itself!!!

I have an ORIGINAL CD that I'm STUCK with that won't boot the game half of the time(and when it doesn't run, it HARD-LOCKS the system!). This protection is LOUSY when it screws up on the original CD like this. It should at least say something to the effect, "My IDIOT protection has failed to realise that this is a REAL version of the game you are trying to run", not HARD-LOCK on you.

I can't even play it WITH the CD. I don't want to pirate it, I just want to play the dang thing and not have this IDIOT protection stopping me from playing my LEGAL, OFFICIAL version of the game! If these companies would put as much time into the game itself as they do on the protection, games would be more worth buying in the first place!!!!!!

You've got my sympathies ;) However, since there's no crack for it, you'll have to try Alcohol120%/Daemon Tools/Blindwrite. Those are guaranteed to work with safedisc 2. If it was Securom New you would be even worse off :(

Actually I've seen a crack (No-CD) for this game. I believe Deviance made one. I don't know where to get it, however. Sorry!

The crack should be up some day. If the Deviance has made one. I don't belive he wants to keep all by him self. Or do u? ;)

i also love this new rule.. no talking about warez, considering that most of the cracks on gcw etc.. all come from the warez teams, it seems somewhat hypocritical dont you think?

Does it mather if there is a person or a group. The things is the same.
And we are not talking about warez what I know about. The game is out isn't? and he ask for a nocd crack for the game. There nothing that's directly point at there is a warez talking here.

oh and like the 99.9% of the cracks dont come from warez releases?

i searched some dox ftp server but i only found:

As a matter of fact, no they don't. Depending on the protection used, initial warez releases will include a crack to enable the warez clients to play the game. But those cracks are usually fixed exe's, or if there's only a cd check the game doesn't even get cracked at all. Most cracks floating around are either nocd's or fixed exe's for patches, they often get made by the same people but they are NOT part of some warez release, they get released on their own.

You might have trouble accepting this, mr TippeX, but this is a board for legal owners to make backups or run from the hard disk. We do not especially try to take the higher moral ground, but as I explained countless times to other clueless newbies, the main reason that warez talk is forbidden on this board is because we don't have the time, resources nor inclination to help warez users with their half baked beta releases on top of all the genuine owners that frequent this board. If we didn't enforce this rule, the only result would be to triple the amount of threads, all cheapskates demanding WE help them with their downloaded ****. And they wouldn't get any more results either, since there's a very limited number of contributors and problem solvers here, especially in comparison to the number of people who only ASK questions.

As for the cracks made by warez groups : we don't care. We couldn't care less if YOU use warez mr TippeX, as long as you don't yak about it here and as long as you don't expect us to play technical support for it. All we're here for is enabling legal owners to exert their god given right to make a backup of their bought games and if we have to use a crack made by Saddam Houssain himself, so be it.

oh so, where do u think the fixed exe's came from to make these no-cd cracks from?

i got no problem with board accepting the no-warez policy, however i do think its somewhat hypocritical for point people to the crack made by the warez team., then to shout 'warez are evil'

and if the emphasis was on people using the cracks on legally owned copies of the games or what not, then isnt modifying the executable breaking the warranty that comes with the game?
