? about PS 2 MOD CHIPS..any feed back would be great.

I have a PS2 ver 4 with a STARCHIP........never a problem with it at all......boots everything....w/swap.......I just got a ver 7 PS2 and was looking at getting a mod for it......there is so many since the days of NEO and the old faithful STARCHIP.......I see that there is the one everyone is talking about the MESSIAH 2.....sounds awesome....( NO SWAP BOOTS ALL ).....but then I see the MAGIC 3 and the MAGIC 2 w/clip kit ( less wires to solder ) not that I care about that........so I was woundering if anyone has had any of these chips in there PS2 and what they think.........

Definately go with Messiah 2. Best you can get. It will work for both your v4 and v7. Stay away from magic 3 cause all I read on this forum is a bunch of people having problems with them.
