what version ps2 have I got?

SCPH 30003 - PAL
Serial begins B0

Is there a website anywhere will all the possible combinations and how to identify them?

Thanks

I believe that PAL consoles start from V3 and above, V3 and some V4 are the only ones that don’t have an R in the SCPH number, so if yours is a SCPH 30003 without the R then check the bottom of your console if it has an electrical hazard warning and only 8 screws, if so then you have a V4 if no hazard warning exist an the console has 10 screws then you have a V3.
