H:\1lock\lock.dat (1.19gb) [protected cd]

I have a protected cd that has 4 gap (small circle) on its surface,

It is actually 65 mb data on it..but i can get an image and copy it

there`s a directory H:\1lock\lock.dat
on cd that has a file sized in 1.19gb :(

may u help me how to copy this cd?
