OK, I'm going to start a list of PSX patch sites. Any other sites that people know of please reply back to this post, I will then tidy it up and sticky the result.

I'm also going to add some patching tutorials.

I have not personally tested this yet, but it seems pretty logical. I will try this in the next week or so and post back my results.
