Problems registering
 

every now and again I Re-Install Windows (to keep it running smoothly). However, after every new install I find I have problems re-registering with this site. I type my username and password, but am not allowed back on. I always get some 'You are not allowed to post at this time' type message coming up. I find the only way to re-register is by using a new E-mail account, which I find very time consuming. I'm sure there is some Cookie installed on my system. Could the Administrator tell me what this is, so I can save it before any new R-Install. Thanks
