True Display on PSX emulator
 

What emulator/plugins would show the true display as would be seen in the PSX? For example, PAL games still show normal (not flicker) when I choose NTSC country. I'm using Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.68 as a plugin in ePSXe 1.52.

Which plugin will show it? Not mine or others I've tried.

True Color only shows if your monitor can support it.

I would have thought this question would be more at home on the ePSXe support forums and not here where it is totally off topic.
