how good is it i meen can i copy my personal game whitout fixed exe or patch i can copy the hole cd whit the protection
is it true?

Well, depends on what protection your game has...you should be able to backup Safedisc-protected games, but I'm not sure about never versions of Securom/laserlock/ProtectCD bla bla bla...

These are not copyable in any writer at the moment, at least not true 1:1.
