Quake 3 using Clone cd 3 ?
 

Hello,

I've tried more than 10 times to make a workong copy of Quake3 Revolution and can't get it boot.
I use Clone CD 3341 and had good result with Woody Woodpecker, MotoGP2, Crash B, Monster C, Tazz wanted, Smash court tennis.
I've done a search in this forum but it didn't help
Is there anything special for that game and other EA games using CCD 3.3.4.1 ?
The ship is Ripper
PS2 : 39004
What are the correct settings ?

BTW, I could also use NERO (5.5.2.3) but I don't know if it woud work and what are the settings ?

What chip do you have?. I got a backup that boots perfect. Burned with clone cd 3.0.7.2.

Use the clone cd settings posted at www.psxcopyworld.co.uk. I burned it with a Sony CRX175E2 burner on Verbatim media. I usually read at 8x and burn at 4x. I got a magic 2 chip.

WOW.... :p I thought I was the ONLY one that reads and burns at those speeds......:D

Guess its just habit....But at least I get a good quality burn...:cool:
