PS2 divx player
 

Has anyone else tried out the new divx player for ps2? I got it to load upto the part where it says buffering but then it stops, but i think this is due to crap media, imation cdr, as Ive burnt a few games using these and they also get so far then just stop, am thinking of getting the black traxdata cdr, anybody know if these are a good disc for ps2?

many people me included have had problems with imatation disk

traxdata normal bottom are ok never used the black ones

Yes..... Imitation discs (doesn't matter if its CD-R or DVD-R) are VERY POOR.......(They are good for starting fires with though :p )
Try some better media and that should take care of you problem..

NOTE: MOST Black bottom cd-r's are junk...They have had very poor results by many people...Myself included....

Traxdata may be better, you will just have to try them and see...

Imation discs are bad?? Since when!?

I've got most of my PS1 collection on Imation CD-Rs and all of PS2 CD games on Imation dics...

They all work perfectly?

Consider yourself LUCKY......

I know alot of people that used them, and heard nothing but horror stories about them....

I guess it just varies.... Same as me.... I use Princo branded white label DVD-R's and they work perfectly, BUT others have used them and they sometimes don't work at all....:D

But at least its good to hear from someone that the Imation works for them.....:cool:

HELP With DivX
 

Can someone please help me were to find this DivX player for PS2 please. It would be greatly Appriated.

imatation use many diff types of disk
all manufactured differently bu different people
lucky u masterrat but many people complain about imatation cdrs

i had 20 them i they were real shit
even for music a few failed
