Converting MK: Deadly Alliance to Pal?

Does anyone here know if it's possibly to convert the CD ripped Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance from NTSC to Pal - given that the PAL version has now been put back to February next year. I've tried a few supposed conversion utilities but none seem to work - though I had my doubts they would. Does anyone know if there's a patch to convert this game to PAL?

I should mention I'm talking about converting the actual video mode.

I ended up downloading PAL.VMode.XChanger and trying again, and it sort of worked - the game is in PAL format but looks a bit squished. Is there any way round this? If not, I'll have to wait till the official UK release.

I doubt there will be a way around that.. It's just what happens when you convert things. I just converted Suikoden PAL to NTSC and, while it's not really squished, the screen is pushed down toward the bottom some. but hey, it works!! :D
