PlayStation Tweek?
 

I remember about a tweek I read where you would turn up the amount of power the CD-ROM drive uses and that it would help the PlayStation read the discs. Could someone please provide me with a link to a webpage with instructions on how to do this or at least give detailed instructions? Will the tweek help the PSX read scratched discs? Will the tweek make games load faster?
