robin hood - backup
 

How to....

Almost every game i could backup with the help of clonyxxl and clonecd, but when i try to copy robin hood clonecd hooks up at 98%. I tried it with the different settingsfor securom new, data, game cd and so on...!

Any idea?!?

PS: When is the german nocd avaible on gamecopyworld??

You have to wait, 98 % is ok, CloneCD works, during 1 hour, look on the Original- CD, you see a ring, it looks like ROXXE or LockBlocks. You did'nt need a noCD- patch, let the game start from Original-CD to Mainmenue, use Windows-key, go to your TEMP dir and look for an rh.tmp, copy that and rename it to robin hood.exe, overwrite the robin hood.exe in your Game-dir with this one and now you can play without the CD.

Work this for the german version of the game?

Mine hangs up @ 96% (it doesn't seem to read)....
so u say when i'm waiting 1hr or so it'll go on and finish the copy?

Or do I need some special preferences?:confused:

BTW: Does it matter that when I start the game and look into running processes i see 'Robin Hood.ICD' ??? What does that ICD means? I see this when i insert the CD and immediately start the game, then it needs more time to verify the CD so i think it's the CD Check....

I've read the CD (german Version) with my LiteOn32123S (Firmware: XS0X) using GameProfile in CloneCD4. It has taken only 15 Minutes. Only at the end of the disc (>96%) was read errors. Burned the disc at maximum speed. WORKS FINE !!!

It really works if you use CloneCD and the 'Game CD' properties simple 1:1 copy without problems...
