Can you make a 100% working backup of a "ProtectCD" protected cd-rom?

Please help me out.

as long as your cd-writer supports raw and sub-channel reading and writing you should be able to copy it with clonecd.

Sorry to jump in. How do you know if your Cd burner (plex 12x10x32a) supports those two things?
