According to this site: http://www.psx-tech.com/Faq.htm it is v4 with v5/v6 bios.

But reading through charlie's guide on this site, it should be a v6... so who is right? :)

i see i have the third screw inside th expansion bay. So seems it is v6.

hardly any diff except for no solder mod clip is opposite way round
