best cd and dvd burner
 

what is the best cd burner to use for cd games and what is the best dvd burner for dvd games.

The BEST cd burner is really just a matter of personal preference. As long as it is 100% Clone CD compatible, it will work fine.... Just MAKE SURE it is 100 % compatible.............

DVD burner: Hmmmmm (This is where the controversy will start...:p )

The Pioneer A03,A04, & A05 are PROVEN winners in this scene...
The NEW SONY DRU-500a is also a good burner (TylerDurden.... SEE I didn't leave you out...:D )

TylerDurden has the NEW Sony, and I have the NEW A05...... So we like to argue about it.... LOL:p

The Sony drive hasnt been out long enough to judge fairly IMO. For now pioneer remains #1.

how can u check to see if your cd-r burner is compatible with clone cd?

it is a cd-r/rw dive and the make is"goldstar/GCE-8160B or LG" does anyone know where i can check to see if my burner is 100% compatible with clone cd\!

The Sony Drive has been out longer than the AO5 and I have fully tested mine. Absolutely Fantastic burner.


It has worked well with Clone CD.


Also writes dvd-r at 4x, dvd-rw at 2x, dvd+r at 2.4x, dvd+rw at 2.4x, cdr at 24x, and cd-rw at 10x.


Reads DVD-Rom at 8x and CD-Rom at 32x.



In My Opinion that pimpslaps the AO5.
