FileForums - rar. files

Hello

I have been told to drag and drop files using Nero 5.5 and then apply the patch from this site to remove the CD protection after instalation but I'm having problems with rar. files, I had no problems with zip files (unzip-extract to X directory) but I have no idea with the rar. files, I have ICEOWS which I thought was an extrator but I dont understand how to use it and when I can actually get an exe file on the screen if i try to execute it I get a message saying (IS NOT A VALI WIN32 ARCHIVE) and it doesnt work. HELP ME PLEASE!
