All of the Pioneer writers are great for PS2 games...The A03, A04, & the new A05 work perfectly for PS2 games and dvd movies also...

B:
How's the A05 treating ya? Is it a Beast like it claimed?
I need a reply B4 forking out $300.00 for Retail box.
Since my A03 is good as gone(SOLD :) )

A03: It works perfectly..... Haven't had a single problem with it...
I LOVE IT..........:D

Hope this answers your questions.....

NOTE: Primo does not recognize the A05 even with the pxengine update. NO PROBLEM. The RecordNow Max software (which is basically the same as primo) which came with the drive works almost identical to primo........

I can't say enough good things about the A05...... :)

where can i get it in usa online? I don't like ebay cuz of auction.

BG 21-11-2002 12:17

E-bay has the A05's on its site..... All of the listings on e-bay are NOT auctions... Alot of them now are just SET prices... Bid and its yours.... (They just started the SET price thing a little while ago)

If you don't want to use E-bay, just use the GOOGLE search engine and search for A05... I'm sure you'll find a online reseller there....
