You can download the Indeo 5 codec here, it's the same as the one you can download but have to answer a bunch of spam data for them on the same page. Now this codec isn't supported on XP, but for me it works. I have Thief II, and the codec with that wouldn't work on XP, the iv5play.exe that I gave the link for did work, so try that one.

hey thankx alot man that actually works, is that the newest version for it ?

Actually it's pretty old I guess, probably from right around when Thief 2 came out. You don't need the new 5.1 version that they're asking 14$ for, this one will work good enough under XP. "Unsupported" actually means "it works but we're too lazy to makes sure that it keeps working in future Windows versions" in Microsoft speech :D

oh ic, but i think i got the version 5.11 for IV, i search it in filemirrors.com , searching for iv5, then u can c there is a iv5setup that can download from ligos the company, i get that & i think its working

I'm pretty sure it's the same as the iv5play.exe that I gave a link too, only it's a version with a bit extra (encoder too ? I don't know). In any case, I had the iv5setup.exe too, but you only really need iv5play.exe
