Conflict Desert Storm no cd???
 

I downloaded the latest patch for no cd but it says to replace the exe file with the one I downloaded. The patch is a ara file?? If I do that the game wont even launch. Can someone go into a little more detail on the procedure for using the no cd patch. Much appreciated. :-)

It should be a .rar file. Are you sure it ends on .ara ? .rar files are extracted using WinRar 3.0. If you really have a .ara file, try downloading again, here. And while you wait, maybe you could read this, it's interesting.

So your saying remove the original exe. file then unpack the rar. file and put it in its place??

I 'm looking for the no-cd patch but i haven't found it yet. :confused:
So I was pretty happy to see that there's some talk about on this forum.

Can anybody mail me this no-cd patch or give me a link.

I just checked GameCopyWorld and this turned up. Next time, read the stickies so you can look for it yourself.

I have found it already but thnx, this forum was the only one I found with google that were talking about it with some sense so I asked for it directly. But mainwhile i've been looking on gamecopyworld and found it.
