Current Civ 1.04 cracks
 

Is anyone having trouble with the current batch of cracks where the text gets all corrupted and mixed up. It makes the game near unplayable since the text is all f---ed up.

I have tried 3 different cracks (or cracks that claimed to be different) with all the same results. Any ideas?

You are talking about the EXPANSION to civ 3, right ? Civ 3 : Play The World ? Because if you're talking about Civ 3 itself, you're probably using the wrong cracks. The Civ 3 cracks are 1.29f (I think) and the latest for Civ3 PTW is 1.04f.

Now, assuming that you're talking about Civ3 PTW, does this happen after a reinstall from the originals, without any crack applied ? We have to determine if it's the crack or maybe a video driver.
