UURGH!! swap-trick problems
 

I've got a french ps2 console.
I didn't put any modchip inside, that's the reason why i use swap-trick method...
I burnt lots of games and many don't work...
However, i 'm sure that my backups are OK (using CDRWIN)...
For example, none game from Activision works.
Most of them launch at start then freeze into black screen.
If someone know what's wrong with my method, tell me quickly please, i'm very disapointed.

So in other words, you have wasted more money on cd-r's and you could have just bought a mod chip....


How are you SURE that the backups are ok....Especially if they don't work???:confused:
Use Clone CD to backup your games...
CDRWin will not produce a 1:1 copy like Clone CD will...

Thae MAIN thing WRONG with your method is you don't have a mod chip....

for your information, i have almost 80 games whiches works fine without any modchip...thus i didn't waste 70e for this...
Besides this, my backups are OK because i test each file downloaded with the sfv file which comes from the game release. My burner is OK, my cd-r too...and 1X write speed.
At least, more than 99% of releases are BIN/CUE files so my question is:
How do you burn this with Clone CD ??
( CUE/BIN ---> xxx.ISO )
