Settings for Dreamcast burning in CloneCD
 

I have downloaded a CloneCD image file of a Dreamcast disk and would like to know what settings to use to burn it. If you need to know it is an image file of Bleemcast from KaZaA.

CloneCD should recognize its own format by himself...

Sorry, not what I meant. What profile should I use with CloneCD4? Should I use DataCD, GameCD, or another one? Or should I create a new one with different settings and if so, what settings?

The burning prog I use recognize by itself the image type to create. And he's clever enough to recognize its own images...
You should try DiscJuggler, copy CD to CD.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I have DiscJuggler and find it brilliant. But I did say that I DOWNLOADED a CloneCD image file for Bleamcast.

You might extract your files with CDMage and use Echelon's method to burn your game.

Otherwise, I thought programers would be clever enough to put the setting in the image the create (that's what I would do). So I don't know which settings you should use.

You should select GameCD to get the best out of a DC image

i have a version of bleemcast for gt2 (psx) and it's a clone cd image but it dont works ...

Two versions of bleemcast i found floating around on winmx,etc
didn't not work.
I burned other games with clonecd and they worked fine. In conclusion these images must be fake or something...

I have the same problem with CloneCD - Tried to burn a DC game with the extension .ccd and nothing worked - Tried all five options and I got five coasters. Do I have to make a new profile? What parameters? Any help will be appreciated

Maybe your game simply needs a patch. Did you have a look on DC Copy World ?
