InCD/Nero
 

New Athlon 2100 system. WDC 120Gb HD. Windows XP Pro.
I migrated my lite-on 32X CD-RW over to this system, with Nero and InCD - no other software for CD writing was installed

When I try to use InCD, the format stalls well into the process, and the CD-RW becomes unusable - cannot access, cannot erase using Nero. Message errors usually indicate the drive is "empty". I have tried several brands of CD-RW, result is the same.

I had upgraded Nero and InCD to the latest versions. InCD seems to really slow down my system in general.

Any ideas on where to look? I couldn't find anything real helpful at Nero's site.
