Patrician 2 v1.1 *WORKING* here...
 

Install Patrician 2 and apply the v1.1 official patch. Replace "Patrician2.exe" with a fixed v1.1 exe from GCW or Megagames.

Get this file:

crushroller.tripod.com/test/pat2.zip

Unzip & unrar (using WinRar3) and put it in the root Patrician2 directory replacing the old file.

* ALWAYS * backup your original files first!

The second protection is removed and you should be able to play without garbage appearing on screen after a while...

I tried it with the DIVINE FixedExe/NoCD and the US Patrician 2.
