Tekken 4 Trouble
 

I've burned the Tekken 4 bin/cue onto a 790 MB Traxdata CDR twice, once DAO and once TAO with FireBurner without sub-channel data correction. Both times the drive stops and the system locks after "Namco" appears on the screen. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong or have a suggestion? Thanks

The only thing I can suggest is to try and put it on a 700mb cd-r... I have heard that some modded PS2's have trouble reading the 790mb cd-r's....Mainly because the tracks of the 790mb cd-r are closer together and make it harder to read.... Since I don't rip games, that is all the help I can give you...Sorry...:(

The bin is 715 MB, so I'll have to go for it with the 790 MB. 18 Wheeler worked ok on the 790s but other I've tried games didn't. I just applied the Tekken trainer Fix, I'll see if it works now.
No big deal I guess I'll have to shell out the extra $3 US for a Hong Kong Silver. :)

I applied the EA patch and tried to burn it on a 700 MB cd
although the MB were too many, I noticed the minute count would fit so I tried
It finally works
I guess the bin size may be bigger than the disc size or else the cd has a little extra room
regardless it works yeah!

I beleive what he has done is downloaded a RIP of the game or he has ripped it himself...:cool:
