How do I set mode2/xa in cdrwin?
 

I have checked everything but.....

CDRWin determines the disk mode when it reads it. Thus when you come to write (or if it's a downloaded BIN file and associated CUE file it knows how to write.

Print out the CUE file you've got and you'll see.
