NHL 2003 No cd problem
 

I have loaded NHL 2003 onto my system and when I replace the .exe file with the no cd .exe file I get an Illegal operation and my pixel settings go from 800x600 to 1024x768. Anyone seen this before? What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
