UNREAL touRnaMENt 2003 corrupted disk

This is probably a little off the subject but I made a backup of my unreal tournament 2003 and now some tozzer has nicked my original!! but when I try to reinstall the backup it stops installing and says a file is corrupted or something is their anyway to restore this or repair this without buying another copy???:confused:

Alright alright so the story is not airtight times and dates dont match etc , so all u smug twats can "do one! " but was really after a way to repair errors on crappy CD-Rs but ill keep looking
