No CD crack...where to? anybody?

I don't think there's a no-cd patch out for that. Make an image with clonecd or nero and mount that image with daemon tools. It takes extra hard disk space but is the only way I know to play it without the cd inserted.

Do you have the crack then? Coz I really suck at this clone nero daemon process thing.

Well, as far as I know it's from the days before copy protections were plastered all over the place, so it should be unprotected. Maybe the gold version has a copy protection but I don't think so. If you just want a backup copy, use Copy Disk in Nero to copy the entire disc. There's no crack for it because none was needed. It probably has a few cdrom checks, but they don't care if it's the original or just a copy. Clonecd isn't needed because, as I said, it's probably unprotected.
