NBA2K2 patch?
 

I've tried using the PAL patcher on nba2k2, but unfortunately, it gave no results. There doesnt seem to be a patch around either.....
So I'm kinda stuck.
Can anyone help me put?

first things first......whats the problem?

well, let me explain this to you then,

a lot patches for Dreamcast are designed to make the refresh framerate of the video output run of a game run at 60hz on a PAL Dreamcast, instead of 50hz. 50hz is bad, because it's a 20% slower game, and the lower frequency compromises the size of the onscreen image (black borders).
It can be a strain on your eye too.
NBA2k2 is a game with big borders and it makes the players deformed.

yeh i know about the 50htz to 60 htz, just wanted to know if you had troubles booting it or what, anyway you could try using megas new pal patcher, more than likely that could patch it

Do as i did, download the PAL version of NBA2k2 which includes a 60hz switch at start up.

Or get an hex editor and open the iso with it and search this string: 01 E4 03 A0 02 E4 01 A0 03 after finding it change it in 00 E4 03 A0 00 E4 01 A0 00 Save settings and burn the iso.

I didn't check it myself but it did work on tennis2k2 alien front space channel 5 1 and some other good usa games.. Give it a try if got enuff blanks and a good burner. Its worth it to try.. the game is indeed way better in 60hz.. less flickering, bigger screen and much faster gameplay.

which is e-nba2k2.......

I mean, of course, it's nowhere to be found.
