Help I'm a noob

OK I admit it I'm a noob, but I have read the sticky's but I'm still stuck...

I need to backup my MOHAA..

This is what I'm doing..

I'm taking a reading using ClonyXXL which tells me MOHAA is a Safedisc 2.51.. Gives me a bunch of recommended settings.. I then launch CloneCD from within ClonyXXL and follow my nose through the copy cd to image.. I choose the ClonyXXL as what type of disc it is, i.e game, audio, ClonyXXL etc

The writer starts to read but the completed percentage bar doesn't move at all.. ?? Even on 4x speed. Is this because my cdrw is a fairly old HP7200 ? Is it time to buy a LiteON LTR-48125W 48x/12x/48x ?

Don't want to shell out for a new CDRW if I can get my old HP to backup these new SD251's

Anyone able to help ?

Cheers

You will see in the above link that your writer isn't capable of correct EFM coding. If the AWS feature of Clone CD didn't help (which it probably wouldn't with a "no-sheep" burner), then it's either time to get a Lite-on or download a crack from GCW or one of the other sites listed in the sticky topic.

Thanks for your help Gh0st. I have access to a couple of other cd burners I'll give them a try first..

Cheers
