HMM4 - old file not found
 

Hi,

I have a Problem with my Heroes 4. I can´t patch my game.
I get the error message "old file not found"
Who can help me. I got the UK Version

reinstall the game from the original cd or a backup.
i think you have overwritten the original exe by a no-cd crack... some patches check the authenticity of the game files.

I tried it with the original Game.exe

There must be an other problem.

maybe you apply the wrong patch ?...

Patch is O.K.
 

I have a No-CD Version. But it´s original.

Maybe there is an problem with an .dll or something else.

There are 2 patches. V1.0 to 1.3 and 1.3 to 2.0

I have the same problem, I bought the game used at CD Warehouse. Is there a way to find out what version I have?

A no-cd that is an original??? That was a new one. Haven't played
it recently but maybe you can see the version by checking the properities of the exe.
