I am trying to copy a XBox game for my friend and wanted to know if there is tutorial site somewhere (if I am allowed to ask) cos I have read some thread and some of them are hinting that there is but non of them have a link

And um, backing up games for your friend is illegal. In fact, it's called warez. The law has very serious fines and punishments for piracy. So tell your friend to buy the damn game.
