Has anyone found a way to actually see the files on the FFX disc? I want to try ripping the movies but all the files apparently are hidden somehow.

Yes there is a way. There is an extractor for this game. You can use that to extract the files.


But this game hasnt been ripped because the game is not LINEAR. This means that at anytime in the game you can just walk or ride back to the very beginning of the game. If you tried to do that on a ripped game that would require lots of cd's.

If you just want to rip the movies out then get the extractor. Look around some ripping sites for it.

Yeah, all I want is to do is try to see if I can extract the movies (or dissassembly ant other part of the game). I have the original cd and my ps2 isnt modded so theres not much I can do with a copy of the game.

Ummmm hello? I can't find the extractor, can you please tell me where to find it?
