I got the us nstc patch from psxopyworld.com and used the ppf o matic and nero buring rom yet i cant get it to work. whats wrong?

Doesn't PPF-O-MATIC work on a BIN file which Nero doesn't? Shouldn't you be using CDRWin for burning back to CD-R?

This game doesn't need patching unless you are trying to change the region code or using a neo-key. As charlie said to patch bin files with ppf, you need cdrwin, nero will not work.

I have a neo key so waht do i need to do.

Create a bin, cue file with cdrwin, Go to www.ps2ownz.com and download the neo key patch, apply the patch with ppf-o-matic to the bin file and burn it back to cdr.
