i've followed instructions for copying with safedisc protection. using Alcohol 120% i can copy ok onto a cd/rw disc but when i write to a cd/r disc it won't play. any ideas anyone, the discs i am using are Imation CD-R 700MB/80MIN 32x

i tried burning at lower speed x2 last time. my drive is a Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-R1102(2:1) if thats any help. i had the same problems using clonecd and blindwrite, do u think it might be the type of disc i am using. discs r imation 700mb/80min 32x.

Maybe a hardware problem, what burner do you have?

I done it with my lite-on and burned it at 32x and worked perfect

try putting in a cd-rom or a dvd drive or use clone cd backup tray
