Please help!
 

I'm trying to copy spyro year of the dragon. i keep getting the "console has been modified screen". ive copied a lot of games before but this one and lilo and stitch I cant seem to get. Ive tried several patches but none seem to work. I get the patch screen but then a blank TV. I'm using a ps exchange disc which has always worked good. (I dont mind the extra time.) I'm in the USA so I use the ntsc patches. I have a psone.

Can anyone help?
By the way these game sare for my 6yr ood son!

From what I understand some games will not run with PS X change on Psone where it does on Playstation..
Your best bet is get a legitimate internal modchip on whatever you got..PSone or Playstation.
Stealth Elite chip is Level 5 and final PS1 chip that works on PSone and Playstation.They go around $11.00..
It by passes Anti Mod protection..Since apparently Patched games doesn't seem to work too well with Ps X Change..
It goes same with some regular games as well..
I believe someone had a discussion on this..

The last chip I tried to install I burned up my 9001 board that how I have a ps1 now. Any suggestions that wouls make my life easier so not burn this one? I cant afford a ps2 now! Is there a link to soldering instructions for the ps1?
