dup dvd doesnt work properly
 

i downloaded dup dvd and made it a full registered version. when i copy a dvd it only copies the largest file on it and the whole movie doesnt get made. how can i make it copy the whole movie if there are several that are 1gig in size?? whats with this stupid program it takes 8 hours and still only copies about 30 minutes!!!
please help!
