Yes, it ís.
But I can't unpack the file. I have the same problem many other users have too. And i have the newest WinACE version...

Just downloaded it and it's a ZIP file and extracted fine - give Winrar 3.00 a go.

No idea the problems u having dreher, the crack on GCW works for me and so does the crack that I and others spread on the forum. If the crack on GCW dont work, then too bad. I aint gonna start sending the Fixed Exe out again. Sorry.
