Age of Empires 2 and HP
 

Hi ppl, anyone can help me with this little problem?
Hi read all the posts and i can't do a backup copy of my age of empires 2 - age of kings.

I use clonecd 4, and writes the image to cd, the problem is... when i get to 21% the file graphics.drs it automatic unistaling the setup.

i use a hp cd-writer plus 8100i.

Please help me

i suggest that you try to create the image once again.
to avoid coasters, you can test the image by mounting it with Daemon Tools before burning it.
it's also possible that your source cd is a bad copy :)

I tried like you said by testing the image... and the problem still appears... at 27% the instalation breaks and it shows a error message.

i used clonecd (last version) to do the image.

Maybe is my recorder...

The original CD from microsoft installs and make no trouble.

have you tried to create the image from your writer's drive ? possibly your cd reader has trouble.....

try and install from your image - that will tell u where the problem is.
