Azimuth Adjustment
 

My playstation 2 dosent want to read cd games anymore and I have already opened it to clean the lens but still no good results I wanted to do this azimuth adjustment but I need some pictures and detailed instructions. Any help would be appreciated.(btw I have a V1 ps2 with no chip)

Tell me if these work cuz ill probally have to do that to my laser it wont read Dvds :( But i hope i could help

Unless you have got all the right tools and the knowledge of how to do it I would suggest getting a pro to do it.

You don't open the ps2 inorder to clean the laser lens! Maybe to clean the rest of the parts.... I use a cleanning cd with a brush on it and it cleans my laser lens very well. Try that for a change!:)

Acctually i woundnt know i dont know the specifics about adjustments. but if i were you i would listin to what charlie said let a pro do it. well thats my 2 cents lol no that it matters
