How do you buy a license of Clone CD or CDR Win

For clone cd go to www.elby.de. For cdrwin ,www.goldenhawk.com. Be sure your burner is 100% compatable.

Hi,

I use CLONE CD to make my PS2 backups, but your writer has to be 100% compatible. I also have CDr-Win because everyonce and a while you will need to patch a game and thats the one to use.

On both of those web addys mentioned above you can download trail versions give them ago and see which one you use the most.

Its down to the individual really, there both very good pieces of software.....

In my opinion you need both. Games that don't need patching are best copied with CloneCD. For best results ensure that your burner can handle DAO+96 RAW mode; the Elaborate Bytes site lists compatible burners and what they handle.

CDRWin is necessary when you have to patch a game. Usually that is to defeat copy protection or to patch the game to work with a particular pboot method.

Your burner needs, of course to be compatible with both programs.
