is there any programs out there to make psx games? can u make them with 3d studio max or photoshop??? :p

If you mean making it from scratch I think you need to know Java.
That's what PS1-2 games runs off..
And no you cannot use 3D studio max or photoshop..

yea i mean make your own psx game. not backup or copy.
make all the images and stuff yourself.
